Dave Hess Jr. picked up right where he left off in ULMS Late Model action on Saturday Night at Mercer Raceway Park. Hess sprinted out to the early lead and held off stiff challenges from Russ King and Alex Feree to take home the $3,000 payday to open the ULMS season. Darrin Gallagher made his way around Will Fleming in the 305 Sprints while Jimmy Holden held off Lonny Riggs to take his second win of the season in the 358 Modifieds and Brent Johnson took the checkers in Open Stocks.
