Driver talent wise, Lucas hands down!! The WoO has lost quite a few top stars to Lucas and it will take them some time to "rebuild" their series with "new" stars!!
GOOD RACING TO ALL!!

Lucas talent is overrated. I agree they have bigger names, but Owens, EPJ, Francis, Lanigan, O'Neal and McCreadie haven't done a ton in the last 5 years compared to what they did in the decade before it. Losing Davenport and gaining Richards in the Best Motorsports car (not the Rocket house car) is about a wash to me.
That being said, Lucas does have the better roster, but its not as big of a gap as some think. If the WoO held onto Overton and Moyer Jr (who just announced he will be dropping off) it would be even closer.
Edit: If you get the chance support both. I think Lucas is done in this area, but the WoO LMs have some shows coming up at Atomic, Wayne Co and of course Lernerville.

Both series have positives and drawbacks, but both generally put on solid racing.

WoO seems to always have one dominant driver. Lanigan, Clanton, Richards in that order the past three seasons. Lucas seems to be more competitive on a nightly basis-- you don't see any driver winning 15+ races like those three guys have recently in the WoO.
If Richards was still running WoO this year, he probably could have come close to Bloomquist's 36 win record for a season.

2016 Bloomquist had 15 series wins
2015 Davenport had 12 series wins
I would argue the last two years had one dominant driver stomped everybody else.
