Races still on tonight?? Weather to west and southwest... Maybe they should cancel early with the chance of rain.

I think they'll get it in I looked on the weather channel website you can put in the town and it will tell you the weather and the chance of rain it's 0% chance of rain most of the evening then it goes to 10% and 25% and 20% but that's much later if you're worried about it for a long drive to the track you should be safe tonight but check for yourself if you want put Sarver in the box and you can check for yourself Lernerville is good about getting the races in even when it does rain some tracks will cancel early so people don't come sit in the rain but that won't happen tonight with such a small chance of rain I think.

So you are saying there is a chance?

If you're talking about a chance of rain it's not a very good chance but if you're talking about a chance of racing it is a very good chance I can't make it tonight but if I could I would not miss it because I was worried about rain it's very low percent chance on weather channel check it out for yourself I can't make any guarantees.

Don't you people remember what happened last week? Never rained Friday and they cancelled. Blamed it on wet parking lot

I guess the parking lot got wet because it didn't rain I swear some people have no good sense unless the funny face means you're just kidding it's hard to tell if someone is being serious or just being smart sometimes.

Lernerville runs if they can. I don't see that changing with the Thomsons, but maybe it has. Just because it's not currently raining doesn't mean the track and facility haven't taken on too much water.
I really like that this year Mercer isn't cancelling every time there's a chance of rain sometime during the week. The staff additions really seem to be helping. I would hate to see that track close.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.
