I was thinking about making the 2 hour trip to Sarver Thursday until I seen the ridiculous prices !!!....$34.00 for just the WoO Late Models and no other divisions will keep me away....I seen where they're charging $50.00 to hook up for a camper....I'm sorry but as much as I like Lernerville they're hurting the diehard race fans !!!

I saw on their website a 3 day ticket is $69. $23 A day is very reasonable if you have the time.

It's been 34 since it started. And 50 for camping is cheap especially since it is for 3 nights. You pay for a campsite anywhere you go. It pays for damage done and pays for showers etc.

If your worried about $34 you should buy the 3 day pass for 69 plus 2 free pit passes friday and thursday and just pick 2 days you want to go if it bothers you that much.

Don't forget the $5 service fee !!!   And I think it's still a bargain.  try to go to one 3 hour Pirate or Penguin game for $35.   If they ran a support division people would whine  it was taking to long!!!     40 or 50 of the best in the country for two 30 lap programs and a 100 lap feature  plus non qualifiers race.  Just curious Wolfie,  how much do you think they should charge???

I always figure, if the place is packed (and it will be), the price is not out of line. If people quit buying tickets, it's time to reevaluate the price.

I'm unlikely to go this year, but if I did I'd go finals night only and get a pit pass. 35 bucks, which ain't bad for 2 or 3 B mains + the Firecracker & the Uncle Sam. Especially when they're shelling out 30 grand to win.
