Kudos to David Scott as he was the first car over the line that was neither a regular WoO driver nor had a direct line for the house car set up information.

David Scott has had a great career in many different racing divisions. He's been racing at McKean County for over 25 years, I think his vast racing knowledge is probably more valuable than any insider set-up information. He could probably give advice to some of the outsiders.
