After he won at lernerville the last time, he was at Sharon the next night saying that vicki called him and said after his next win they were tearing him down. His response to Queen V was "good my motor needs rebuilt anyway. I want her to tear it down." That was at least 5 or 6 weeks ago so who knows

He's got a big block motor in his shop. He's probably just going to go big block racing instead.

He didn't "refuse" tech, he went to the front straight after he won. The ignition box was checked at the scales and he was never told to go to tech, apparently someone from Rush was to the left of the scales waving cars to the tech area with a flashlight, he pulled off the scales and went to the right to go to victory lane which is standard procedure at PPMS.

Sicario, the car was raced and won at Expo speedway on Wed 7/12/17, so that was after the so called Lernerville Sharon incident you speak of.

Yea, I'd assume he was torn down prior to ppms then. Idk if he had won between then and expo or not. Like I said, this was several weeks ago. Def around the beginning of june, before the thunder mountain flip

I hope so, it'd be great to see the BB's gain another driver

I want to get this strait I did not refuse tech like press said... I was in tech with my hood off and getting ready to pull fuel and a valve cover when Vicky came to me and said u are dqed for not being here on time.... I was literally in teck 4 mins after I came off front stretch for vicktory lane.. No one told me when I was on scales that there was additional tech... I went to my trailer after vicktory lane and Travis came and got me for tech it wasn't till I pulled over there for tech that I even knew it was going on and it was not even at the scales as I pulled to scales first and got out of the car there and some guys said hey the are over there in between this 2 rigs .. Almost hiding..lol so I pulled over there she told me I'm dqed I got back in my car after a few choice words and drove off to my trailer ... Travis told me he see the confusion and that he would just go ahead and teck my fuel and valve spring until Vicky said noway he is done

Tough break ??? More like getting screwed.  In reading what some have said that the officials seem to be in hiding until they spring there plan of attack is not very professional in the least. Why  not come into the pits and just walk over and tech a car. Make a report then if that car is found  not be within the guidelines of a earlier tech then you have  something. The problem I see is a lot of people thought this was going to be a way to race a late model on somewhat of a limited budget. Well that sure as hell hasn't happened. You've got guys spending as much with shocks, tires, chassis that SLM guys are. Some want to see there car as the dominate car and will spend whatever it takes to get it there. The motor rule was a good rule for guys to move into Late model racing. Problem is the costs are out of control in every other faze of the cars. I'd like to see a 20 car field. 10 slm. 5 top cars 5 field cars then do the same with the crate cars. The outcome of that race would really be interesting.

Here we go again... If it needs explained why someone would wait and tech cars unexpectedly then I don't know what to tell you. I think you'll find that most guys who run the crate class have no problem at all with it and actually fully support it. And I also think you'll find most of the guys who run the classes do not get on these dumb ass boards and comment.( I'm not sure what possessed me to get on here again ) It's always the same group of 10 guys or so saying the same thing. Complaining about crates, Complaining about no tech. Complaining about tech or how it was done.........

I don't know Rocky and I don't know the the 60 car or the driver. I've been doing this long enough to know very few people will admit when they are wrong and most always blame the track or series. Been there and done it. Not saying thats the case here but more often than not thats the deal.

It was a tough deal for Rocky for sure. However, with him and his brother constantly making inappropriate comments about Vicki, he should know better then think he would ever get a break. It actually says in the rules, if you badmouth the series or officials on social media you can be suspended. If that rule was enforced, Rocky along with others would habe been gone along time ago.

Why isn't this rule enforced? Either enforce all the rules, or none. This is why racing is screwed up, Rules that are only enforced when its convenient.

This is an example of how you could be treated by Rush if the Big V doesn't like you.! She has been waiting for this moment for a long while. To make a personal attack against a competitor that she does not like is extremely unprofessional, but it does not surprise me. Rocky has disagreed with her on multiple issues , favoritism being one of them, yet she proves his point by singling him out.

If she would have actually found a rule infraction on his car, people would have still questioned it due to the relationship between them . DQing him for nothing is absurd and should leave a bad taste in all Rush racers mouths , the next personal attack might be towards you if the almighty sees it fit!

Oh no, the V hive is back. The point is that outspending really shouldn't happen in a budget class... which we've discovered rush LM's really aren't. If you run regularly in supers and havedone so for several years I truely feel you shouldn't be in a crate. If your starting your super career and moving up, that's fine to still run both for a short period. But the Kyle Busching that goes on weekly should stop.
