HOMAK PENN OHIO SERIES $500 BONUS SPONSORED BY M & T ALLISON CONSTRUCTION GOES TO JAMIE DUNCAN #67J!
For Immediate Release
July 20, 2017 (Sandy Lake, PA) The Penn Ohio Pro Stock Championship Series was able to travel from Expo to Raceway 7 to Eriez in four days for three $1,000 to-win events. The weather was unpredictable on Thursday for the Expo race and had drivers deciding not to make the long tow for the non-point race, resulting in the four car attendance.
Competing at Expo in the unscheduled, Homak Penn Ohio non-point race were Jamie Duncan #67J, Paul Davis #3, Bob Sloss #44, and Troy DeZarn #21. Duncan and Davis battled the entire race for the $1,000 prize. In the end, Duncan was the lucky winner in victory lane.
The Expo participants had an opportunity to collect a $500 bonus through the Homak Penn Ohio Series sponsored by M & T Allison Construction by racing at Raceway 7 and Eriez. Drivers taking advantage of the $500 opportunity were Jamie Duncan and Paul Davis. With a first at Expo and third at Raceway, Duncan had a better chance at collecting the bonus over Davis who went to Eriez with a second place finish at Expo and a ninth place finish at Raceway. Both guys showed up for the Eriez race and both made the $1,000 to-win feature. Duncan was able to secure the $500 bonus when Davis pulled to the pits on the first lap of the 20-lap race.
