Looking for a good 650 carb for a crate motor

what division?

some classes have specific carb rules beyond "650"

 

we have blueprinted 80541 Holley carbs in stock (650) they are specifically designed for the 602 sportsman modifieds

 

if you do not have any rules to deal with i will suggest a carb from our PLUS series

they are a bit pricey but very nice piece.
