Part of me thinks the worst and assuming it's going down since it hasn't been posted. Was hoping to see some bumps in a few of the classes, but have my doubts.

these two day deals suck, 60 to get in pits for one feature. it's nice to have end of year specials but the pay isnt worth the entry. it's called double dipping

This is humor for Lernerville and a pointer to fixing their website.  :)

Click on Lernerville home page:  https://www.lernerville.com/

Go down the page and click on the red "Store" button which takes you to Lernerville tickets:  http://lernervilletickets.com/

To select tickets for the Stampede go down the left gray area with your cursor and click on Steel City Stampede.  Then move your cursor over on top of the Steel City Stampede logo.  It will reveal a "Quick Shop" button.

Click on the "Quick Shop" button and you will be able to read:

Steel City Stampede October 12, 13, & 14

NO REVIEWS.
$40.00

Steel City Stampede October, 12, 13th and 14th       Thursday Night ~ Rotating Hot Laps for all divisions - Practice 7:00-9:00PM Grandstands are Free Friday Night ~ Steel City...

It clearly states >>>>  Grandstands are Free Friday Night  <<<<

yep Lernerville it should read "Thursday Night".  I can pick up my free ticket for Saturday at the pit window.  :)

I'll be right behind you DS2. Moving back north this week, hopefully PPMS this weekend and lernerville next week. They had the free ticket offer because of the 1000's I've probably spent there. LOL

Ill never understand how the race track that has been for so long the standard of excellence in this area can so badly miss the boat with this event. If the Big 3 were racing for even 5000 to win youd have the modern equivalent of Fall Fest or Octoberfest on your hands. The pits and stands would be packed. Instead, they seem content to make this a decent Rush and Stock series event with less than a mediocre field for the headliners that people actually care about.

A huge case of wasted potential.

Respectfully, youre easy to please. The track is a proven commodity and they would not have to move heaven and earth to make this event something special for the fans and probably better for their bottom line. In fact, itd be easy. As it is and has been, a two day show that draws roughly 12 mods, 17 sprints and 15 late models is a pretty big waste of time.

I'm looking forward to it.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.
