As any smart business would do and say that. They are covering their ass just in case the sale falls through or gets held up legally. Lucas oil schedule comes out in 2 weeks.

I understand scheduling it with Lucas Oil being smart business but posting it on your website isn't helping anything. 

 

just being hopeful that there will be a race track next year.

Along with everyone else I also hope the track is around next year. But, with the sale being what it is I don"t take what I read on their web site 100%. Just wait and see what happens that"s all you can do!!!!

Seems like what they posted on their website was just you hush everybody up and pretend that they are opening for next year they can go on about their business and not having to worry about answering is the racetrack for sold question.
