"The thing we have to do is stop it now, or everyone will be running $25,000 shocks per wheel and they are already out there."

$ # Sounds excessive.....also I believe the shocks alluded to are already deemed illegal, correct?

Will you mandate where each is mounted and at what maximum/minimum angle?

This whole situation could have been solved upon the inception of the series by mandating non adjustable oil shocks. That would have saved many people a lot of money. I know you'll say that guys would just go buy 20 shocks for their car however the most a guy would need is 10 different valvings for the entire car which at $150 each is only $1500 compared to 3-4 thousand for gas shocks.

Yeah, the inerters were made illegal like 3 or 4 years ago. The only teams using them at the time that I know of were Bloomquist and Lanigan.

I was told at Screven guys are running 10K shock packages. I applaud Stan for stepping up and trying to come up with some type of cost saving measure.

$25,000 shock excessive. Had one in my hand at a shock company this past week. SHOCKING to say the least.

Will this be the perfect solution, never seen one of those lol. It does however give the series tons of options in making adjustments and in this case inexpensive ones too.

Our goal is this, limit the ability of current shocks, and not make everyone have to go buy new shocks ":approved by the series". Trying to figure out a way to not junk everyones stuff overnight.

4 major shocks companies think this is a simple solution to a very complicated problem.

Same thing most of us ran 10 years ago on dirt late models

Once we see how this effects the current issues of aerodynamics, we will make those changes in 2019.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to each and everyone!

Will the Rocket air shocks be legal? Theyre more affordable than regular LRF shocks.

And POOF it's gone! This spring rate rule was highly flawed, as I punched one hole it easily.... without even mentioning wheel rates.

but hey"4 major shocks companies think this is a simple solution to a very complicated problem"....really??
