first Mercer, then I read McKean aint opening, now I wake up to a message that it was overheard at Thunder Mountains banquet that they aren't opening for 2018 season.  I saw a post on Facebook they were having a ULMS race but I see no schedule.   Does anyone know whats going on?  What is happening in Western PA with these tracks???

Where do people come up with some of this stuff?! I was at the banquet as well, and overheard the plans for next year at thunder mountain too...... from the people running it. You can feel safe driving up on any Friday night. Theyll be racing.

The only track that is not opening as of right now is mercer. Chris said many parties are interested in running Mckean.

How the heck much more confirmation do you need?? The guy said he was at the banquet last night and talked to the promoters!!

They only thing they are not running as a weekly division are the Racesaver sprints. They were dropped.....

They are only running super lates, semi-lates, street stocks, and 4 cylinders.

My friend was also at the banquet and overheard it so until i see a schedule we will wait.  I hope they do  nice track I was at a few times and I would hate to see another one go down the tubes

My brother's uncles cousins best friend's brother in law was also at the banquet!

Test and Tune for 2018 will be Saturday April 28th. The rest of the schedule will be out by the end of the week we are waiting to secure a few dates for specials.
Our regular four divisions in 2018 will be: Super Lates, Semi Lates, Street Stocks and FWDs.
RaceSaver Sprints will not be returning for the 2018 season.

They race every Friday night..... theyll have some specials that youll have PLENTY of time to plan to attend. If you have a car, have it ready in April. If you dont have a car, why on earth are you getting worked up over schedules in January?!
