Well I watched it. BORRRING. I think the new rules should be that under caution or during the laps Pryor to green you get to bump or spin your fellow competitor. Every car has to start the race with bent sheetmetal. Your not allowed to enter the pits under yellow, but you can spin or bend up more sheetmetal of your fellow racer. They have gone nuts with aero. Watch the seats it's only going to get worse.
I honestly don't know how people can watch that borefest that's called NASCRAP, sorry I mean NAPCAR, sorry I mean NASCAR week after week?....A lot of them don't know what it is to go to a good dirt track race because they never knew anything but NASCAR growing up....

Still better than Basketball or Instant Bookey replay ! The cars would ride sideways with the rearend leading towards the wall in the past ... now they have the backend leading toward the infield as they track down the track ??.. don't know what you were talking about with the banging under caution because of the soccer game .. Your own kid is great to watch soccer but try and watch That on tv !
If you attend one Martinsville race .. you will remember why you like Nascrap in the first place !

Modifieds and Late Models used to look different as well, but today all cookie cutter bodies!! Still love racing, but don't like the cars nealry as much as I did years back!! And many of then use way too much color so they are just a blur out on the track!!

She wont be in NASCAR Her contract is overOnce Stewart buys WoO, it is over for Nascar.
Until then, Danica will still wreck
She saved Indy car with her rain win and sold a gazillion shirts and to her credit is the only woman to lead a green flag lap in NASCAR and also sold a gazillion website domains
She has been a goldmine !
She is still better than some namesakes who get a ride no matter how they drive
Driving is half the Equation in the corporate world these days
You will never see a Tim Richmond in Nascrap ever again

Outside of over regulation, political correctness, and the Chase, I don't think Nascar racing today is all that bad compared to when I started attending back in the late 1960's. Take a look at the results from those days and you will see very few cars even finishing on the lead lap. Today's cars are faster and a heck of a lot safer; as for them being cookie cutter- sprint cars and other short track cars all look pretty much the same as well. Above all, any type of racing is better than anything stick and ball, especially these days.

Very correct!!! NASCAR could never sell their product of the 60s to fans of the 2000s!!! I can just look at books I have and show you many races where the leader lapped the field and might have been five or more laps ahead of say the fifth place car. It's not so much the racing, it is just the race distance. Fans just don't want to watch a race of 200 laps or more on a mile and a half track!! I still watch NASCAR 66 years after seeing my first one, but would much rather go to a good dirt track race!!
GOOD RACING TO ALL!!
