The Lernerville show in Butler was poorly attended by cars, compared to other years, too.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

The Olean mall show seemed to be pretty full by todays standard but bt all accounts moat other shows were down. Cranberry has gotten lower and lower every year. Were there no stock cars? Usually Fielding and Bish's have their cars there, I think Laskey and Wyantt was there last year too. Also what Myers does that mod belong to?

It takes a lot of work in time for you to have your car on display at one of these mall shows. We did ours one year and you have to wait till after 9 until the mall gives you permission to even unload outside. Then you have to get registered and will the car in and so on. If you're a working guy and don't live close to the mall you're in for one long night on a weekday not to mention on a Saturday night when you have to get everything packed back up. It's a fun time though.'
