Evidently it has/is being sold by Mark to a racer who also owns a business. Have now heard this from 3 completely different people, 2 of whom, are closely tied to the track. Anybody else heard/seen anything?
Tri-City being sold?

Don't forget I live in Butler, an hour from the track, so some of you guys who live in the Franklin-Oil City area may be hearing things I am not!! Besides a 78 year old phart doesn't go out much in winter....and it still is WINTER!!!
GOOD RACING!!!

Don't cut yourself short Walt. You may be only 78 but you still have the edge, and your still the go to guy for information.

I was told from a very reliable source that Tony Stewart was very interested in it. He wants it just for the kart track. Has ideas of making an Eldora for karts.

I think he meant Tony Stewart...people thought he was in Imperial wanting to buy PMS but he was here trying to borrow one of our old street stocks so he can run the June Penn Ohio Series Crown Jewels.. The Laboon Memorial and the Sharon Steel Valley Pro Stock National 10 Grand race!Who is tony steward ?
told him to get one of his own cars, maybe Harvick'll lend him a ride..lol
last I seen he was headed back to the airport mumbling something about having a bad month..

I was at an event in Elkhart Indiana this past weekend, and rumors were Tony Stewart was buying several tracks there too. I doubt he has the time, energy, or deep enough pockets to be investing in any more projects.
