Kind of bummed... only 12 big blocks... was bummed this wasnt a BRP show... which likely would have pulled a full field... any thoughts as to why tri city didnt leverage BRP tour group to fill the show? Wishing the best for both organizations...

Yea that is a bummer. Would've been 1 less if Eriez ran because The Moustache was going to run there in the late model. Idk if they didn't want to pay another sanction fee because i believe there was one for the Elite series. Plus it's sunday big blocks don't really have anywhere else to be and it's not like they've had much opportunity to race nor do they have a ton of races scheduled this season with sharon going on and off with them and sprints. Took a gamble and it didn't pay off. Also wonder if track conditions played a factor in keeping guys away. Krummert left the big block at home.

They want you to pay a $25 registration fee to run one show and $35 to get in the pits for a show that pays less than a Lernerville weekly show. I mean it doesnt sound like a lot, but its really just the point of where does it end if you dont put your foot down and stay away? Plus they dropped the Tour sanction for no reason other than they feel they can draw the same cars for a lesser purse and meanwhile the tour is the only ones that take care of us. Its their track and theyre welcome to do whatever but we dont have to support it.

Well said. What was the payout for that race? And also, they've had emods twice and drew 15 cars total, for both races

$125 to start.  Something like fake news.  They already charged you $60  in hocus pocus and pit fees.  And you're there by yourself.  Having fun yet?

Its actually $150 to start but I already removed the bogus registration from that, so were on the same wave length. Theres 3 of us that go so its 3x35 plus the registration. You have to pick and choose which races you support, which for us are the tour races and some of the weekly stuff.

If I were TCS I would not invite the divisions that do not support the program. Tracks are struggling, and if you don’t support them they will be gone. I think you will get more out of real estate than scrap steel. JMO
