Sarver, PA (May 25, 2018) Abundant sunshine and warm temperatures filled the air for the first time at The Action Track in 2018, and 95 cars filled the pits making for a fantastic evening of racing on Friday night.  AJ Flick turned in a stout performance as he bested he field leaving little doubt in taking home his second feature victory of 2018 in the Peoples Gas DIRTcar Sprints while in the Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Models, Michael Norris made it three out of four by overtaking Dave Hess in a thrilling door handle to door handle battle.

Mat Williamson once again put the Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds to bed after passing Garrett Krummert on lap 10 while checking out on the rest of the field, collecting his second victory of the season in the process, and in the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar/RUSH Sportsman, Tyler Dietz found a way through lapped traffic and around Chris Schneider and Noah Brunell while finding Terry Bowser Excavating Victory Lane for the third time in 2018.

Awesome to read that Racing and America were not Murdered in the years 2008 to 2016 ! Money!!!... in America!!! has saved it!

What " Crates were sprinkled in the top 3 divisions "  Tell us .. I believe that is simply FAKE NEWS!

so your saying there were 602,s running with Bog blocks ... and 602s running in the 410 division .. and 604,s or 602,s in the Latemodel division ?

There were the same 18 or 19 Sportsman from last year and next year ( those guys will be there if you force them to run Nissan motors) .. But I don't believe you are considering them as the " top three" ?? or am I just Crazy ?\

Congrats to those who won on such an awesome evening !

those guys and girls that bring their crate engine Big Blocks to Lernerville are pretty smart as they get seat time.

Thank you Walt ! I would !
Im interested in seeing how a Crate can run with a big motor like those .. im 100% motor options for Racers!

and to clarify about the sportsman .. im not bashing the people who love to run lernerville ! Its a great track that everyone would love to race at including me ! its the monopoly motor I disagree with and It looks like it could be tailored to an option for more classes than just sportsman ????

I can give you 2. Jessica and Chelsie Kriegisch, and I wasn't even there.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

I like the crate motor "concept" and totally agree with your monopoly comment.  Ford makes a crate motor..  Why shouldn't these be allowed to be run?

I agree, Fords should be an option. But in the pro stock ranks you can't run anything but a GM metric chassis. We have a friend that wanted to run his Ford chassis with a 604 in it and was denied. So let guys run Ford chassis & motors and give the crate princess some competition.

Along with the Kriegisch sisters, you had #132 Brandon Michaud, #29 Steve Slater and #JD157 Jordan Ehrenberg running crate engines in the Modifieds.  As a group, they were more competitive than several of the tail ender Sprint Cars!!!

GOOD RACING!!!

Fords crate options are quite a bit more expensive than the GM options. I agree they should be legal, but I dont see it happening.

Then Vicki would pull whatever it is these tracks are getting for her "blessing." I don't actually see that as a bad thing though. Yeah, the tracks would lose the short-term front loaded money she's throwing at them, but they'd pick it up and more down the road in car counts and front gate. But for some reason the MBAs that are trying to run racing don't see the fans in the business model. Must have had the same source material as all the other MBAs who see customers as a cost point against the bottom line. The problem for racing in that philosophy is we have to buy food, but we don't have to go to bad racing.

The claimer classes dressed up like The headliners are ( WERE)  riding on The steady march to Participation trophy racing !  It was the way forward ( America over a cliff!) until November 8 2016 !

Mark the wise words of the Visionary 94.3 when he proclaimed " Lernerville would be the perfect rush track " .. AND when that happens .. Hillary is the President !

YES George bush was in the Reserves ..... But Dan Rather is still a disgraced has been FAKE NEWS ! CBS

YES . the military has helicopters ... but BRIAN ROSS is still a disgraced has been FAKE NEWS ! ABC

YES there has been Sniper fire at airports in IRAQ ... But Hillary has disgraced America and herself Around the world WAY PAST THAT BULLSHIT ! ( Hillary claims she ducked sniper fire)

All Fake News has a small amount of truth ! thank you for the verification !

Nice show of cars. Track just needs worked on. Dust bowl.

I agree.  They need to get more moisture worked deeper into the track.  Just spraying water on top doesn't last very long and then it gets dusty and slick.
