To celebrate 350 features for the Keystone Coach Works Hobby Stocks, Justin Lamb and I have helped organize a special race tomorrow 8/4.

Assuming we are able to collect what we anticipate from sponsors the payout will be as follows:

(1) $350 (2) $250 (3) $150 (4) $125 (5) $100
(6-8) $75 (9-10) $50

Lastly: we hope to collect enough money to pay all drivers. If we do positions 11-? will receive $25 each.

20 laps. Hobby Stocks to run after Rush Lates. Weekly PPMS hobby stock rules.

Please spread the word about this event and thanks to all the sponsors who made this happen! This is an event to show appreciation for the guys who normally race for a bag of chips but work just as hard as every other class to race.

Adam Ferree won. The final payout ended up being over $1600 total! Tyler Fox jumped out to the early lead, and looked to be the car to beat, but spun coming off turn 4, saved it, but brought out the caution and was sent to the tail. Within 2-3 laps, he worked his way back to 3rd, passing for 2nd, but brushed the wall coming off turn 2, causing a RR flat tire. He came into the pits, and was barely going to make it back out when a massive pile up occurred on the restart collecting several cars. Fox returned to the track but the tire was still running (Im assuming a broken trailing arm), and he was forced to retire for the night. So the race was on between Ferree and Shelpman. Ferree slowly stretched it out and went on to win. It was a good race.

No relation as far as I know. Definitely NOT Alexs son.
