As was mentioned in the Mercer thread looks like Latrobe Speedway is going to hold some races. They have two enduros scheduled one for Sept and one in October. They are already on the track working on it and say they want to run a weekly program next season.

Good Luck to whomever is involved.  I think it the right time to do this. Hope they plan on running SLM weekly for a decent purse!  This will be key to thier success and getting back the respect that track deserves as the quality facility it is!  If its done right...could be huge!  Most likely will close a couple other places down. Four divisions max!  Four hour show max.  Get the fans in and out at a decent hour.  SLM, 358 Semi latemodel,  Pure stock and 4cyl.  or maybe rotate 358Latemodel, Crate latemodel and E- Mod  Start at 7pm   out of there by 11pm at the latest!  Hopefully by 10:30pm.  Sounds like a winner to me!  Good Luck!

I've heard they're planning on running Saturdays, bi-weekly. it could work well, if they could find a track to partner up with same divisions, and Rules packages and would run the Saturday nights Latrobe is idle.🤔

Does anyone know or hear of organized work days for Latrobe ? I would not mind at all heading over there to pitch in to help get it opened back up. This was a great place to race and its been closed up for way to long.
