Sharon will not get that many cars. Lucas is a few hours away all weekend. Plus other local tracks have specials that weekend. That's why lernerville dropped them as they couldn't get a car count.

Labor Day weekend is very busy for LM. I think the northern cars (Hess, Blair, Hackett, Scott ) as well as central Ohio Cars ( Drown, Markam) and southern card (Ferree, Flinner, Miley) will support this show, especially without the UMP tire deal. I would expect 35 to 45 cars.

The track conditions at Sharon in 2019 will play a key factor on the car counts for the Wo0 race. Slick conditions make it tough to pass and the locals will alread have the cards stacked against them with the touring guys.

You guys do know that Lucas has a branded tire rule too,  right?

You are correct and Lucas does not make you run stupid tires you can only use at one track in one state.

Yep. Kickbacks are more than what they could make on a full field on Fridays fab4s.

Be interesting to see how many guys end up following the WoO. Several teams won't be back from last year and now with the Moran announcement looks like he may be the Dunn Benson driver. Marlar going to a limited schedule, Erb going to Best and not making an announcement, Eckert not having a ride. so far WoO 2019 looks like

Chris Madden

Shane Clanton

Brandon Sheppard

Chase Junghans

with Darrell Lanigan and Brent Larson as probables and Kyle Hardy & Blake Spencer going for RoY.

And at least one, possibly two Lucas regulars going outlaws too.

Some of Lucas guys have to consider the jump to WoO. With the Lucas regulars you could be 8th or 9th in Lucas points but be top 3 in WoO. Bloomquist, McCreadie, Richards, O'Neil's, T. Erb, D. Erb, Stormy Scott, Moran, Pearson. If I am a guy like Jimmy Owens and Gregg Satterlee I am strongly considering jumping over to WoO.

Owens. You are kidding right. He has a full season + under him in that xr-1. I see him being in the running for the lucas title again.
