Took my 12 year old daughter first time to this Gokart track and she had a giant smile and so did I!
Turns out it's operated by Daryl Charlier
These karts really rip !
They are Electric so you hear allot of tiresbut not a big motor sound
Great place !

Do they go by a time limit, or laps ?

It's basically the same as Steel City karting. You just raced the clock.
