As an avid winged 410 fan that travels to see quality 410 racing, I have been very impressed with western Pa. this year. Tracks seem to be working together to bring higher paying, better quality shows to our area. I haven't missed a 410 show at Sharon, attended the All Star show at Lernerville, and the show last night at Mercer. The lowest car count of all these races I believe was 30 cars. Not the level of a 50 car show in Ohio or a all Star race in central Pa. but its getting stronger. I think the special only format is only going to make winged 410 racing stronger. I'm not a fan of long drawn out support division shows, and by the crowd leaving after the sprints last night i'm not alone. I'll still be traveling to big races, but like seeing better racing returning to western Pa. JMO

What you call long drawn out support divisions, I call more racing for the night and admission fee. Some of the best racing I've seen has been from support divisions.
My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.
