web page has a $1500 to win street stock special. Is that the Penn/Ohio rules street stocks? also says a 1000 to win semi late feature, am I reading that correct....all on the 20th

Yes, its under Penn ohio rules but not a points show. Its a memorial race for long time car owner/driver Tom Scott. Looks like a really good deal, was previously rained out.
