Racing ran a little late tonight at PPMS due to a two-hour rain delay.  Chris Schneider, after waging a torrid battle with Daryl Charlier, eventually took home top honors in the Ed Laboon Memorial, over Jackson Humanic, Randy Wyant, Curt Bish, and Chris McGuire.  In the Willie White Memorial, it was Rusty Martz first to the checkers, followed by Hunter Exley, Jason Fosnaught, Jackson Humanic, and Randy Wyant.  The Dobs Non-Qualifer race went to Brett McDonald.  The Rush Late Model A-main was won by Daryl Charlier, followed across the finish line by Christian Schneider, Nico Dabecco, John Mollick, and Ben Policz (who led most of the race before suffering mechanical ills).   Other feature winners were Marcus Simmons in the Hobby Stocks, Andy Garlinger in the Open 4-Cylinders, and Susie Rudolph in the Young Guns.  Results as follows:

Thanks. In all consideration I read they had a 2 hour rain delay, and still got the race in instead of  cancelling.

Two hour delay....yes but race surface was beautiful!!!    Bypassed heats for support divisions and victory lane interviews.  really moved things along.   Really good night of racing.  Crowd was a little small but hard to judge at this track.  Track takes a lot of criticism but did a nice job with this show tonight.

You"r right PPMS gets beat up but they seem to hang in there through it all! Glad to hear you saw some good racing. Would have loved to have seen the battle between Chris and Daryl.

It's actually pretty good every week.  When it's dusty early on, they fix the problem.  Not many tracks around here have better track prep week in and week out.
