Just a question....    But isn't Charlotte about the same distance from PITT??   Two decent choices anyway....

I drove to Charlotte this summer, and it took around 8 hours with a stop for lunch.  It was raining and the traffic on 77 in NC was horrendous due to construction.  Charlotte is close to 100 miles farther than Georgetown.

I did the Charlotte World Finals trip for 10 years.  8 hours from Butler with a couple stops.  But yes, the Charlotte construction is a pain.  Was under construction for all of the 10 years I went.

Jordan Watson defended the home turf to win Saturday night over Mike Gular & Rick Laubach.. Matt Sheppard finished in the top 10 and it was enough to win the short track super series south region points. Also won the north region and american racer cup which makes him the grand champion and he makes 57,000 dollars just on American Racers and he has super dirt car to go for at World Finals.
Ross Robinson won Super Lates over Amanda Whaley and Trevor Feathers.
