From what I understand there was someone from the county there taking pictures of the crowd and taking them back to the health department to try to shut them down

Not just some jerk looks like there was hundreds of jerks not wearing masks or keeping their distances or are you talking about the track is some jerk because it looks like they should've done a better job of telling people it's important or I don't know am I confused is the track the jerk because they weren't supposed to be racing and they put all those people in danger who knows the whole story?

If all you need to do to keep the place open is to wear a mask, seems like a no-brainer.  Sure beats sitting at home.

They actually knew they had to shut down after that event. The county worked with them to get the Memorial race in, and then shut it down.

Funny'the county worked with them' nothing like saying, we will look the other way. Anyone of those fans could have moved, including the jack wad taking the pic, did he have one on ? so instead of him saying I need to have 6ft from some covid 19 carrier he decides to take pictures and send them to whomever. He's a Dickhead with a cell phone. America sure has changed.

Curious what this means for other Ohio tracks running. Attica has probably their biggest show of the year tonight. They will have the same issue. Tracks wont be able to enfore the masks/social distancing unless they limit tickets sold or hire 30 secruity to walk around and enforce with the power to toss people who arent wearing them while mlving around speedway grounds.

Nobody there was put at risk by anybody but ourselves. If your that damn scared stay home. If you want to live your life go. No damn politician is going to tell me how to live my life, and by the looks of the crowd many other fans felt the same way.

What is it you don't get ? Be a hardass instead of just wearing a dam mask and look what is happening. You'll be the first to bitch there's no racing. Well guess what, the people in control see stupid individuals not paying any attention to what first the track had to send in to get permission to open the gates. Instead everyone sticks there nipple's out and says screw you. Now that you get to sit home and not see any racing I'll ask ! Would have not been a lot easier to wear one ? I'm sure I won't get a direct yes or no so have fun on that porch and have a few cold ones.

Sadly I think if tracks want to stay open Thay will have to limit ticket sales to be in compliance because not enough fans will do it on their own( wear masks). So since they wont wear masks social distancing has ti be the option. Attica is facing some heat from last night as well since they pulled the unlimited pit passes. If tracks start charing full put pass fees to get in who says they will ever stop? Just charge everyone pit fees or worse yet jack up the pit fee even more. Its just bending the rules they said they would follow.

If they tell me Friday at Lernerville I have to wear a mask at all times on their property, then that's what I'll do. I do at the casinos, no big deal. I understand why and more importantly damn it, I want to see some racing. If it's too much for others, then stay the hell home.
