The Ed Laboon Memorial has drawn a fine field of Forty-one (41) Penn Ohio Pro Stocks, vying for the over $3K first prize money in the 30-lap race.  Also in the pits tonight are Twenty (20) Rush Late Models and Eighteen (18) Hobby Stocks.  From his pole starting position, ever-versatile racer, Alan Dellinger, is the winner of the Ed Laboon Memorial, leading all 30 laps, and beating 6th starting Chris Schneider to the finish line by 2.764 seconds. In the Rush Late Model A-Main, it was the pole sitter, Logan Zarin, who won his first-ever PPMS A-Main, taking the chekered flag 4.183 seconds ahead of 9th starting Tommy Schirnhofer. Your winner in the Hobby Stock A-Main was 7th starting Cody Koteles who beat 13th starting Ben Anton to the line by 3.315 seconds.  This was the first-ever A-Main in the Hobby Stock division won by young Cody Koteles.  The Dob's Non-Qualifiers race was won by Jason Black.

Man where do I start. Thanks to Matt Miley for letting me play in his sandbox and listening to my advice on showing off the great track prep done this week. Bryan Horvath and Brian Huchko busted their asses all week since Tuesday to give us a great track tonight. They texted me videos and pics every day and care deeply. Thanks to all 80+ sponsors for making this race a reality. Without you there is no additional purse and no ELM. Thanks for the 40+ drivers for a great show. Thanks to my fireworks crew for an amazing choreographed show lol. And thanks to my wife Angela and my little man Connor for the support and sendoff for the drivers.  Hearing Connor say “racers start your engines!” to a cheering crowd is something I will never forget. As many of you heard tonight is the actual day I lost my Dad in 2012 and I couldn’t compose a better night to honor him. From predicting an inch and half of rain Thursday night to partly sunny today, I think he had a hand in this. Love you Dad and I hope you enjoyed the show!

I always aim for bigger and better but last night was pretty awesome. I’ll do my best to come up with something for sure!

It also helps when people dont dive under cars when they cant hold it and then blame the other car 🤦🏻‍♂️
