I came across this interview shared on King Racings Facebook. Refreshing to hear a driver call it like he sees it and an interview where it's not the same boring questions.

Thanks for sharing. I listened to both podcasts 1 and 2. This is what people want to listen and hear questions about. Not how did you get your number, what do you like about racing, ect like Rappin on Racin, ect. Gotta keep up with the times and freshness.

Well now that somebody explained the reasonning for the fuel I totally agree. I no of sprint car teams that pay absurd pricing for fuel out east. WOW rush would that have been so hard ? Yet I also listened when he said guys are paying double for a crate car rear end than what guys are paying for a super. Why the hell are manufacturers getting away with that ? List a part number you can run and stop that crap.

I agree about the language though. One of my teachers early on told the class that using that manner of language shows a complete lack of intelligence and poor upbringing. I know that a wealthy sponsor didn't want to get involved with a team after he heard how the driver carried himself with the decent family orientated sport of racing. Look what that kind of talk and what was written on their t shirts did for the Bobby Pierce clan. It does nothing to promote a positive image for the driver or the sport.
