An Editorial:

Speck Racing why do you plead your case to FANS when you have NO business interest in them?

Your sales pitch should be to your customers which are racers and especially the tracks which allow your business to exist.

Questions are asked of local tracks:

The answers are:

1.  There isn't any way Speck Racing is going to get cheap use of all local tracks to pedal their parts and services because some are now so slightly keeping above water without giving them a cut.

2.  Speck Racings in with some tracks is the tracks would flounder and die from total lack of a show without you, you have them by the nuts and are squeezing for all it's worth.

3.  Better performing tracks see Speck Racing as a way to increase profit by eliminating marginal or high expense classes, taking the chance of not loosing fan base.

Speck Racing does provide >>quality<< low end racing and low end high margin, high profit mandatory parts for your racer customers.

The only thing they provide to tracks, especially tracks which are only marginal is a grand sales pitch.

Speck Racing does provide acceptable entertainment for a small segment of racings local fan base.

Their efforts remind me of IBM who would pitch their sales know how to floundering companies stuffing them full of IBM high margin high cost equipment in the guise of saving their company.

The truth be told the result of demanding a cut or buy into each saved company >>at the companies expense<< is IBM now does not need to sell anything having a piece of the action of so many national companies.

-------------------------------------------------------------

RACETRACKS pay attention to the above because the end game weather Speck Racing realizes it yet is no different then IBM's end game which was to have a cut of and be in control of YOU ALL.

The products and services sold to racers, though they form a profit base, are a ploy because the end game is to CONTROL your venue which are the roots needed for Speck Racing to exist.

RACETRACKS, how much do you have to give to Speck Racing to allow them to become for your efforts, "To Big To Fail"?

LITTLE STROKES FELL BIG OAKS

Speck Racing is not a Ponzi Scheme it's a take over for the purpose of maintaining and controlling their market.

Speck Racings goal is to provide their racer customers a venue for the purpose of consuming their products.

Fans are the bees pollinating their opening flower opening to show the world their dyeing beauty.

Fans do not yet know if they are being presented an eatable flower or a flower of racing poison, only time will tell.

Ds2. You are not going to get invited to a cook out after that. Can't say that I disagree.

I know nothing about Speck racing, however I do know that at the local level everyone is struggling just to keep afloat. If a parts supplier wants to gamble on selling enough parts to cover the cost of going to the track, the track, and participants  should be glad to have him.

" If a parts supplier wants to gamble on selling enough parts to cover the cost of going to the track, the track and participants should be glad to have him."

The thread was not written about at track Parts Suppliers.
They are one of the life bloods of racing allowing for many racers to get to race when already at the track and in desperate need of a part.
THANK YOU at the track parts sellers both vendors and racers.

This thread was also not written about or to RUSH.
It's a long time thought process I tried to put into words first explained very openly to us all by FASTRACK.
It's thoughts are not about someone's right to make a living how ever they see fit.
It's about control of the pocket books of racers and the need to use tracks and control racing venues to sell products and services to racers.
