They have to get rid of that Reuben fellow.

He literally screams into the microphone throughout the night and is annoying as hell.

The dude has passion but when you got to start screaming to a mic like a 5 yr old all night long it gets annoying. Glad there are other races out on now you can watch.

Hes awful. I usually just turn the volume off on WoO Late broadcasts when I watch and leave the volume on whatever other tracks I happen to be watching on other devices

I've never noticed excessive yelling from RM, but some of his awkward phrasing and reactions irk me a little.  He clearly doesn't know much about late models, and may be fairly new to racing in general.  Which begs the question, what's Eshelman's excuse?  That guy adds zippy to the show, and sometimes, somehow, other announcers join in and act just like him.  Ugh.

If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just suck.

Never got the whole yelling and screaming thing. it isn't Monster Jam, demo derby or school bus races. Same with the PA announcers. You don't necessarily need quality announcers to watch a good race live, online or on TV. But polished, knowledgeable announcers that are familiar with the product and demographic can enhance the experience for veteran and newbie fans alike.

Are they still playing 80s hair bands before the start of the heat races for unknown reasons? Nothing like having to strain to listen to the lineup over Dirtvision blasting Kickstart My Heart by Motley Crue.

Who wants an autograph?
