IVORY TAKE SEMI LATE SPECIAL AT HIDDEN VALLEY
For Immediate release June 5, 2021

Clearfield, Pa - Irvonas Paul Ivory picked up the $1,500 TH Porta John Semi Late Special on Saturday night at Hidden Valley Speedway, while Trent Ogden of Madera picked up the win in the Hugills Sanitation Small Block Modifieds, ending Todd Englishs streak, kind of.
Gary Luzier of Luthersburg became the fourth different winner in the Winters Signs Street Stocks.
Repeat winners included Johnstowns Billy Eash, winning his third Subway Super Late Model feature of the season and he became the first driver to collect the $100 bonus from Hidden Valley and Dog Hollow Speedways for winning at each track on conservative nights .
Rob Williams of Williamsport grabbed his third straight win the Littles Auto Sales Four Cylinders.
Luke Hoffner beat Ryan Jacoby off the line to start the Late Model Feature, and Hoffner was setting the pace, as Billy Eash was coming from fifth to the front. While Hoffner led, Eash was reeling him in, and the duo ran side by side several times, but Eash eventually made the low groove work as he took the lead off the fourth turn on lap nine. Once out front, Eash slowly began to open up a comfortable lead, while the battle for third between Derek Rodkey and Jacoby was heating up, with side by side racing most of the race, but when Brian Biancuzzo waved the double checkered flags, with was Eash taking the win over Hoffner, Jacoby, Rodkey and Josh Whetstone. Eash won the heat. By getting the win, Eash picked up an additional $100 by winning the night before at Dog Hollow.
The Semi Lates were in the spotlight as they ran 25 laps for $1,500. Paul Ivory and Levi Ardery led the field to the green, but it was Ivory who got off the line first and set the pace. Several early cautions kept the field tight, but once the cautions were out of the way, vory took the lead and began to pull away from the field. He was able to easily take the win for the first time in 2021. Ardery held on to second with Kyle Shannon third, Justin Owens was fourth and Eric Lucas was fifth. Heat wins went to Ivory and Ardery. Lucas was the hard charger.
There was a $200 bounty on Small Block Modified driver Todd English, who has won three previous features this season, but this week he was defeated, kind of. Tretn Ogden led the feature from green to checkered, but on lap three, English pitted with a flat. Opting not to use the hot pit, the green came back out once the line up was good, and Ogden went on to get his first ever Small Block Modified win. Since English did not finish the race, the bounty did not go. Maax Smoker was second with Josh Henry third, Jerry Bowser was fourth and Milton Owens was fifth. English won the heat.
Gary Luier and Chad Rougeux led the Street Stocks to the geen, as Luzier took the lead and never looked back, holding off Rougeux the entire distance. Cragen Brady was third and Kris Orwig was fourth.
Jason Elensky and Greg Kiehl brought the Four Cylinders to the green flag, with Kiehl taking the lead and setting the pace. As he led, William Kephart was right there, challenging the leader for the top spot. As they led, Rob Williams was coming after them. On lap eight, Kephart got under Keihl for the elad, but two laps later, Keihl battled back and regained the lead. Then on lap 10, Keihl got the backstretch wall, ending his night. This put Williams in the lead, as he had just got by Kephart the lap before. When the double checkers fell, it was Williams getting his third straight win over Kyler Henry, Andrew Moist, Eric Luzier and Larry Conklin Sr.
Heat wins went to Elensky, Keihl and Williams while Louis Young won the B-main.
