why has the pure stock car count been dwindling off slowly?

12 cars for the pure stocks is pretty decent. I would be more concerned with 7 cars for the premiere division.

This has been brought up before no one wants to race unsanctioned crate cars at a track with no rules or enforcement. Two weeks ago a steel motor semi late ran with the crates and it was never stopped.
