No supers and now no 410s. Unreal. Damn shame Wrg pulled the Silver Cup sanction.
No WoO at Lernerville.

Well when they kicked the WoO Lates to the curb for Lucas, kinda seen this one coming. Time will tell if this was a smart choice. All I know is they made a killing on their WoO sprint dates, hopefully they can make more at the Firecracker then they have been to offset the loss, otherwise I would say it was a dumb decision.

I get the reasoning why wrg pulled the plug, but man I never thought it'd come to this.. port, Sharon, and a few others share their track with both sanctions, so why couldn't lernerville? Sounds like to me wrg is just a bunch of cry babies..
Sounds to me they are just tired of putting up with the asshole Tomson family

Totally different scenarios. Those tracks didnt drop a world of outlaws date to add Lucas. The Outlaws dont need Lernerville. Whether Lernerville needs the outlaws remains to be seen. Id guess both sides will be fine. I just dont get people making Lernerville the victim, they knew what choice they were making.I get the reasoning why wrg pulled the plug, but man I never thought it'd come to this.. port, Sharon, and a few others share their track with both sanctions, so why couldn't lernerville? Who didn't see this coming.? It's good for LM fans, terrible for Sprint car fans. Maybe they'll work something out, but I doubt it. The Silver Cup and the fall WoO date were fun events to go to. Having said that, there's no way the Firecracker replaces the income from those two races. The weather was less that ideal for the Commonwealth Clash and that crowd was nearly as big as the Silver Cup.

I thought this might happen and mentioned this in this week's column in AARN. However, I really didn't think the WRG would go this far and do such!! They are somewhat cutting off their nose to spite their face!! However, there is nothing on the WoO schedule for Tuesday July 19, which should be the Silver Cup, just a July 20 date at Port Royal. And come September, the WoO could race at both Lernerville and Sharon. Could be negotiations may still going on and it may all work out. If not, there is a guy by the name of Tony Stewart waiting in the wings!!!
GOOD RACING TO ALL!!!

All stars will be sanctioning they will be fine.
I doubt it. Some good racers follow the ASCOC, but they are no where near the caliber of the WoO.

The place will still be packed.

Maybe we can see the Short Track Super Series come in as well. I would much rather watch a All Star Race versus an Outlaw Race. It seems as if the All Star shows at tracks in Pennsylvania are better attended than Outlaw Shows in the way of car counts.

If so it could mean Lernerville's All-Star show could become a WoO Labeled show?

I'd love to see them land an STSS show.
As far the WoO Sprints are concerned, I'd rather see them than the ASCoC. However, if Lernerville would up the purse and do the show when the WoO are on the west coast, they might just coax some Central Pa. teams to come out. Maybe they can make it work. Have to wait and see.

WRG & DIRTCAR has not been the best thing for Lernerville. The agreement that was in place was not a good one. The tire rule was ridiculous, let's hope it gets adjusted. Tomson's are business people #1 and individuals like that have one thing in common. Dollars. As baldtireman said, that property keeps increasing in value.

It will be interesting to see what becomes of this. The outlaw schedule is pretty much set, I would have to believe the all star schedule is in the same position. Time will tell.

That may be true but you have a lot of guys involved in racing in racing that have the money to buy the place. Nobody even knew the track was for sale as it was an inside deal between WRG and gary to sell to Thomson's from what I've been told..

According to a Pittsburgh Racing Now twitter article, Lernerville was expecting to have 2 WoO sprint shows. Also was working on a WoO Late model show. Wrg left them off the schedules all together.
