Rear Steer verses Zero Turn?

Pro's and Con's of each?

 

And to help the thought process here's some insight into how I'm now seeing it.
In terms and considerations of how Rear Steer shortens the left side of the chassis verses Zero turn lengthening the right side of the chassis?

And do you really have it both ways?

 

again all just for my own fun, games and injoyment of writing this dumb bull.
