I'm not a fan of "action" closeups, with one car, (or 2). They were kinda cool about a million photos ago, but I know what a sprint car looks like in a single shot, and after a while they all look the same. You can get the same shots in the pits or in the garage as on the track. It's personal taste, but I really like the wider shots that show the racing. Again, it's just my personal taste, and I've never taken a single sellable still picture, so anyone is free to disagree.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

If I'm buying a photo, I want it to be just a shot of that one car on the track, either at speed or not.  If I'm just looking, I still prefer one car shots, but also enjoy the multiple car racing shots.

And there you have it, my taste is not everyone's taste. No news there.
