Very excited to post the details of the 11th annual Ed Laboon Memorial, which will pay $3,517 to win!

Butler Truck Parts has stepped up to help me pay a record $350 to start the A main, and $200 to start the Dob's Auto Non-Qualifiers Race, along with $100 tow!  I really wanted to make it worthwhile for guys to travel this year given the cost of fuel and tire shortages.  By offering this record to start money, I hope we accomplished that.  And remember, NO ENTRY FEES!

Next, in order to attract new cars, Real Nutz Vodka has doubled the Outsider Award, meaning the highest finisher making their first ELM appearance will get a $200 bonus!  We are also offering a $100 bonus to the highest finishing Lernerville car within the top 10 in points of that track.  So yes, if you are a Lernerville car who never raced at the ELM, and you are the highest finisher for both awards, you would take home a minimum of $650 to start!

We also have a $192 bonus each for the fast time, fast dash, and hard charger in memory of Bobby Heim!
$111 bonus for leader of lap 11 in memory of Josh Langer, and $122 bonus for leader of lap 22 in memory of Chuck Herr!

Big thanks to ALL the sponsors who put this together, without you, there would be no ELM.  I want to at least thank the presenting and platinum sponsors at this time, bigger sponsor post coming:

Actually the schedule openings between PPMS, Penn Ohio, and Sharon is really difficult. Might be sometime in August or September, which I know no one wants. Pray for sunshine!

Please do not start everything straight up. The heat races are always boring.

We follow the Penn Ohio series format. This also ensures slower cars are not upfront in a heat with little experience at PPMS causing attrition. Over the years weve had very little carnage during the events. Last year the hard charger came from 24th to 5th (with another driver +18 spots). Curtis Bish won from 13th with one caution in 2014. Daryl Charlier was winning with 3 to go and he started 12th last year. There is still plenty of passing.

Its official! The Ed Laboon Memorial at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway will be broadcasted live on Lernerville TV! This is huge for this race to get additional exposure on a great streaming service like LV TV!

Sponsors: we will be able to get your name out to additional viewers and hopefully new markets!

Drivers: great exposure for your team, your personal sponsors, and an opportunity to showcase your abilities on a big stage! You can also prove to your buddy back home that you really are a good driver 😄

Fans: if you cant make It to the track, or youve never watched the ELM, this is a great opportunity to see this prestigious event! You will also be able to see what a great touring series the Penn Ohio Pro Stocks have put together!

Thanks Eric Westendorf for the opportunity!
