The Lucas Oil Late Model Series was at Iowa's 300 Raceway (formerly Farley Speedway) last evening for the "You Call - We Haul 50" paying $12K to win.  Fast qualifier was Ricky Thornton Jr. (20RT) @14.630 seconds.  Results as follows:

I was really hoping for good things for Max Blair, still early but I'm starting to wonder if the equipment and crew are at the level they need to be.

He was definitely in better equipement (and he did much better) with his last Viper ride, but I guess time will tell.

Seems that way since Garrett Smith didn't show up in Iowa this weekend. Will Herrington initially stated he was attempting to run for it as well, before dropping off.
