Its just hard for these tracks to survive once they close and try to open back up.

Sad.
My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

All these Keyboard GMs and Promoters that know exactly how to run a racetrack and make millions of dollars doing it, but tracks keep closing. Doesn't make sense.
That's right. Fans should show up, pay their money and sit there like stiffs. They should never, ever have an opinion on anything racing related. Because after all, it's social media that closes these tracks. not an owner biting off more they can chew, competition for the entertainment dollar or simple incompetency. It's the "fans" that close these tracks. Thanks for the heads up.

Always one of the dumbest arguments in any facet of life. Would you go to a restaurant and have a bad meal and be like shhhh, dont say anything or they might close? People are silly

I didn't blame fans for anything, nor did I suggest that social media closed this track. Knox seemed to have great social media support and was trending in the right direction, but a calculated risk failed miserably and it sunk the ship for this season.
