According to the Huset's Speedway web site, "Following severe flooding and with weather models showing more rain throughout the weekend, the remainder of the High Bank Nationals is postponed. Huset's Speedway and the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series officials plan to work together in the coming days on finding a viable make-up date and will release more details regarding the event and ticketing."
