15" all-star black 3 spoke wheel with foam outer ring. 24" long 1 1/2 aluminum column with brass bushings in both ends. Comes with quick disconnect hub and adapter is welded on to 45" of 3/4 round steering shaft and comes with one u-joint. $100 or best offer. Located in brockway PA. 814-590-11 six six.
