March 4, 2025                        FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Pulaski, PA)...The Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Dirt Late Model Series presented by Born2Run Lubricants is thrilled to announce that Muskingum County Speedway in Dresden, Ohio will continue to be a City Chevrolet RUSH Weekly Series track through at least the 2026 season.  Muskingum along with Tyler County and Ohio Valley Speedways will also be part of the new Mid-Ohio Valley Championship Series presented by Dave Poske's Performance Parts in 2025!

Muskingum became a RUSH-sanctioned City Chevrolet Weekly Series track in 2025 for the first time.  Logan Reed made history by winning the first ever RUSH-sanctioned event at the renowned speedway owned by Donnie Moran on April 27.  Reed would finish no worse than third all season long in route to winning the $1,000 City Chevrolet Track Pack at Muskingum.

A total of 34 different drivers from six different states competed in the seven completed events in 2024 at Muskingum with an amazing seven different winners!  The July 6 event with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series attracted a season high 17 cars.

"I can't thank Donnie Moran enough for staying the course with the RUSH Late Model Series to grow and expand Crate Late Model racing throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley in conjunction with Tyler County and Ohio Valley Speedways," stated RUSH Director Vicki Emig.  "Having these three prominent tracks commit to the continued growth of the RUSH concept in this region is exactly what the racers in this area have hoped for to allow both new and current RUSH racers in this area to continue to invest and participate in the RUSH program.  Dave Poske's Performance Parts Mid-Ohio Valley Championship program is also a tremendous bonus for them over and above the National Weekly, Track Pack, and Futures Cup programs!"

The new Mid-Ohio Valley Championship Series presented by Dave Posek's Performance Parts will encompass all of the events scheduled at Muskingum, Tyler County, and Ohio Valley Speedways in 2025.  Currently 25 RUSH-sanctioned events are scheduled between the three tracks including four Flynn's Tire/Gunter's Honey Touring Series events paying $4,000 to-win each (April 12/Tyler County, July 3/Tyler County, July 4/Ohio Valley & August 31/Tyler County).

The top 10 drivers in the MOV points will share $6,650 with $2,000 going to the inaugural champion!  Member drivers best 10 point scores in MOV events will be utilized.  Also, a drawing will be held for a $1,000 Dave Poske's Performance Parts gift certificate amongst all RUSH member drivers that compete in a minimum of 10 MOV events!

The City Chevrolet Track Pack will be a $2,500 points fund paying the top six RUSH member racers in points at both Muskingum and Tyler County Speedways.  Drivers will also be able to accumulate City Chevrolet National Weekly Series points at all 25 events in addition to the Futures Cup for eligible teenage racers.
