Not much of anything was said to the crowd, but it didn't look good due to the amount of emergency personnel that arrived, in addition to life flight. Hope everything works out okay.........
Any word?

| - 08.19.2007
WAYNESFIELD — A sprint-car driver who hit the wall and rolled his car four or five times at Waynesfield Motor Sports Park was flown by medical helicopter to a hospital late Saturday, an employee of the race track said.
The name of the driver was not immediately available. The driver was on the track racing with 19 other sprint cars when the crash occurred, said Kim Burden, an employee at the racetrack.“I know they said they had a crash and he said his back was hurt,” Burden said.
No other injuries were reported at the racetrack, which is about 15 miles southeast of Lima.
The crash happened about 10:30 p.m., the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office reported. It was not clear to which hospital the driver was flown

I would say he had/has a neck or back injury due to the way he was removed from the car (completely immobilized...VERY carefully) add to that the Lifeflight trip to the hospital.
