Why do we have so many classes ? Because of promoter egos that won't work with any other tracks. I'll have my cars and rules and they can't go anywhere else because they'll have to change too much.so I'm pigeon holding these cars to my track. Instead of having a standard set of rules like the lates who can freely come and go from track to track. Everyone bitches when a track makes a Latemodel add 50 lbs to the front but all the other classes have to change carbs weight intakes wheels and god knows what else. How damn hard is it for 3 or 4 tracks to look at the Midwest and other successful areas and adapt the IMCA rules and enforce them. It's not hard. Then the cars can travel from track to track and not change a ton of shit.
