lol thanks so much! I am really looking forward to the knowledge that will be gained this year as well. It's gonna be a challenge to start form scratch in a new car and i'm sure it'll test my patience haha but I'm very thankful to finally get the oppertunity and I sure am ready for the season to start.

I think i will buy that carb and put it on my mini van. Maybe it will get me quicker to the hotdog stand. Good luck Jessica with the new ride take your time .It will take some getting use to it, but you are capable of adjusting to a mod.

Have you ever thought about parting the truck out?sell motor only then sell chassis? Maybe it would be a lil less costly since it is'nt selling complete.I think the rules being enforced this year is part of the problem.When people brag about the work they have done on a motor (not meaning Jessi or DJ) word spreads quickly.It is a GOOD,STRONG truck no question.Dean is putting the clench on the truck motors is all I'm saying.As for the carb....everything is for sale, if you have enough cash.Take the truck to the swap meet so people can see it.I honestly wish you the best in the Mod.......its gonna take some time and Mod class is a tough class to shine in.John did it but he had lats and lots of support?!

There u go part it out, sell the motor and tranny then get waynesfield to buy the truck and they could put it up in the air on a pole at the entrance of the track with the waynesfield motor sports park sign. they could write home of the tuff trucks on it lol jk, or they can buy it the way it is and put a carb on it and skip can sell hot dogs out of it in the pits. lol

Thanks for all the ideas guys, maybe if we can make some time we will try to hit a show, but being in school and still carrying my job i sometimes don't even have time to breathe lol... I'll see what we can do

For the future racer, its all about fun, I haven't seen any truck racers quit their day job to go racing full time. And PLEASE take it from me. You have to learn how to drive before you just dive into a corner 3 wide on a dirt track. My first year all I could do was run into poor Dan Kelly. So take it easy and you'll have a lot more fun. PS I have no weakness on the track LOL

hey goober 3 wide going into a corner on a dirt track is called a bank shot and with all the wins you had last year you probably had to pay taxes on your winnings .lol

ya he was the one in the 25g truck that move people out of the way instead of passing them. I remember all the fans in the stands was chanting 25gay,lol that was some funny stuff

Now Gabe....don't lie to the people. You came out so fast your first year that when you passed me it was so fast that I simply got caught up in the vortex and spun it out myself....lol No, he's right, you have to make it fun and once it's not then it's time to quit! There are soem really good guys and gals in that division as long as you don;t get caught up in worrying about who is winning so much or who is cheating.....I'm here to tell you that there is no form of racing that the same topic doesn't come up every year. Just have fun with it and enjoy. Even though there are some very talented drivers there, I've yet to see one of them racing on Sunday in Nascar (I'm sure that someone will tell me I'm worng =) lol) Good luck to all. Gabe you guys are a hoot and I enjoyed being around your team!

not starting any trouble just stating facts. It was when he put the bumper to the 26 truck and won. not saying its wrong thats racing it happens alot, and as far as skip hearing them give 25g truck hell after that win u prob didnt hear it in the hotdog line and u prob had ur hearing aid turned down,jk lol, and as far as kenny hearing it he was prob in the corn field playing that night. lol nut let me guess these are lies too. I wasnt chanting was just there and heard about 20 to 30 people raising hell over the 25 g truck that night. didnt mean to get everyones panties or diapers up in a bunch lol

I better quit talking hotdogs some one might yell im gay from the stands . Good thing i dont drive a truck i would take you all out. Not on a date , but put you over the first turn wall. Just kidding have to respect all of you guys, you are all doing some thing i was never able to do . I have fun just watching , got to meet a lot a nice people by being on here and working the gate at wmp. Were getting closer to having some fun when the weather breaks and the economy.
