Yes it is all go karts sanctioned by OSO(Old School Outlaws), ran on the big track. As far as the name "Hangman's Quarrel", I'm as lost as you are. That's just how I was told to write it up. This is going to be a pretty neat event, if you are into karts. Heck, It'll probably be pretty neat even if you're not into karts. I expect to have more details in the very near future. Stay tuned
