Kenny, did you get any good fotos at Eldora last Friday? It was amazing that at the speeds they were running that there were hardly any wrecks. The cool move was the two sprints that did mirror spins together off of turn 4 and both did a 360 and then raced for the chechered, AWESOME!!

That was the WORST track that I have ever seen there!! Maybe I will start going to more asphault races since all the dirt tracks are set up to be hard dry and slick with no passing. Even Eldora had me coughing up dust the next day. Maybe my memory is fading but I think that dirt tracks used to be tacky and fast didn't they???
skinnykenny..........you do realize if you post this on the Limaland forum you will get bombarded with people telling you you don't know what you are talking about...it's the cars that cause it...you are a whiner, etc, ,yadda, yadda......
BUT YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
Dirt tracks used to be tacky, and fast...with a cushion around the top. Heck, look at pictures of tracks during the 70's...even the daytime races at Terre Haute had a deep wet cushion!
Keep complaining...eventually someone will listen...maybe when people quit going, and paying $18+ to watch a dust bowl, the track operators will pay attention!....hope hope hope...but not holding my breath.
