so what you saying is: as track dries out its like watching paint dry or grass grow since trucks never get slower or faster. luckily compacts have options of tracks such as lakeville if willing to travel a little. why would a compact get faster the slicker the track when everything else gets slower????
No not what I'm saying at all. Actualy to me there seems to be better racing when the track dries up and slicks off. I think anyone will tell you power means less then and set up means more. Hense I think they get a little faster becaise they're on top of the track not in it. That takes less power to move them. The mini sprints seem fast to me in those conditions. A compact probably on average weighs 2200lbs a lot easier to turn at the end of the straights then say a 3000lb stocker. Why does a front drive car go better in the snow then a rear drive? Don't think I'm complaining about any class or any racing it's just that the compacts are a little different from what everyone is use to seeing. No they're not sideways through the corner and half way down the chutes but that doesn't mean they're slow. Like I've said before show me a compact that the driver is all over the wheel and sideways and I'll show you a slow car.
