Stile was charged with the caution and he came off. Blose had a flat and went over turn one on the restart and Andrew Gordon won the race. Not sure how they even charged the caution because you couldn't see the track. Blose stile and Gordon were racing hard and they all came up on a slow car.

That was awful I've been to a lot of dirt tracks on the east coast and I've never seen anything quite like that the dust never stopped I can't imagine what the 410s supers will be like on sunny Sunday

It doesn't matter what track you go to, when you have winged sprints on the racing card the track is going to take a beating. And the more high powered classes of cars you have, and the drier the conditions, the worse it is going to be.

Congrats to Gordon on the win. Blose stile and Gordon were class of the field. Shame it was all decided by a lapped car in the way, but I believe the right call was made. Shame for the top 2 to lose the race that way, but that's racing.

bologna...... typical LAME clearfield/indiana/jefferson county excuse for terrible/NO track prep
many tracks run those "dreaded' winged sprints {and far more cars than 12 305's}
get "outa" the woods once & awhile & see some REAL track prep

I have Been around LONG enough to know, that when you have that many cars....AND a double feature night, your gonna get the type of track you had last night. "THE FAN," your outa your G#D Da#N Mind if you think you can prepare a track for double feature night, 98 degree weather all week, no rain, 2 latemodel classes, sprints AND 2 FWD AND PURES. OH WAIT I FORGOT THERE WAS DOUBLE FEATURES AS WELL. haha get real. your a joke if you honestly think you can prepare a track for that.

On a side note, so sick and tired of ppl complaining about tracks being dusty, where do you go where there isnt DIRT at a DIRT track. seriously. Some places are worse than others and i will agree that last night was dusty, but that track couldnt avoid it. that racing surface isnt even close the the types of surfaces that are at tracks like lernerville or anywhere with really good clay and BIG MONEY! Before you talk, be realistic with yourself. because its posts like this guy who just WEAR ME OUT! haha

I agree they didn't prep that track at all, but I would love to know where these magical tracks are that are prepped so amazingly. Nothing to do with where we are from or our way of thinking. Look at all the posts bashing tracks like lernerville and Sharon for horrible track prep. I've been to at least half a dozen tracks this year and every one has been pretty dusty. Go to the paved tracks or swallow some dirt and quit bitching.

then you'll most likely remain "worn out".......
i have been keeping quiet for months, but sometimes i just can't resist the IDIOCY of the posting on this board
Hog Wallow has never been known for "1st rate" track prep....plain & simple
"expert" posters on this board making excuses for whatever drivel certain tracks dish out as racing is ridiculous
i wonder at what point some of the "experts" on this board would object to what they put up with weekly??...
you're fortunate that there are posters like me & a few others to give this board BALANCE to the "rose colored" comentary of many of you "folks"

You forgot, once again, to mention the tracks you attend that are run properly. I have shared my complaints about several tracks. I don't claim any of the area tracks are great, but WHERE ARE YOU GOING THAT'S SO MUCH BETTER?

Gordon had the luck with him once again lastnight. That track sucked that place could be a very fast nice track to run at if they did a little more track prep than what they do. And dont go trying to say they do prep it cause all they do is water it an run it in an that does nothing for it when it might soak in 3 in. If they disked it up once in awhile an then watered it would be a big improvement. They never disk that track up they need to disk it up and pick some of the big ass rocks outa it too. Theres two big ass rocks in one and two thats been there all year so dont tell me they disk the track up cause those rocks haven't moved. The track prep suck plan and simple. Im not bitching about dust cause I agree its a dirt track obviously theres gana be dust. They just need to do a little better track prep than what they do............

i go to may tracks...
but if you "insist".........
mercer, port royal, the grove, lincoln, selinsgrove, attica, lowes dirt track, east bay,, big diamond, grandview, all have surfaces & track prep the put hog wallow & every other "dirt track" in the ole clearfield/jefferson/indiana county "speedzone" to shame
also each of the aforementioned run more cars more laps & even the "dreaded" winged sprints so the "local" fantasy that sprints {12 305 sprints} is a major factor in hog wallow's surface is pure bullshit

i know i havent been racing a long time but i have been racing 5 years at the same track and i will say idc what anyone says THERE WAS NO TRACK PREP LASTNIGHT AT DOG HOLLOW. i couldnt see a half car length in my damn heat and we were the first ones to go out after street and sprint feature. and u cant blame it on the double features. there were like 6 street stocks. they thought it was going to rain and didnt put any water on the track. that track was shit lastnight and dog hollow should be damn lucky no one got killed . dusty is an understatement! its just unacceptable to have a track like that. i also ran a fwd mod car lastnight and after lap 1 i couldnt see the car in front of me. thats is how people get hurt. end of story do a better job. hense the reason there is no car counts at dog hollow. it isnt rocket science!
