The Ed Laboon 17 is an opportunity to have a great annual event at PPMS, sad we had to lose Ed to bring it about. We welcome all who wish to attend. It is my plan to personally oversee that every Sportsman team that attends will be treated fairly and with respect, it's a goal for every division at PPMS, this week the Ed Laboon 17 takes center stage.
We welcome all who wish to attend. Our staff is ready to showcase some great DirtCar Sportsman racing as the headliner!
We have not had great Sportsman car count this season, but we do have some great dedicated PPMS Sportsman racers and races!
Join us for the inaugural Ed Laboon 17! Thanks to Vince for pulling this all together in such a short Timeframe. Ed will be smiling on us Saturday with too many of the racing folks we have lost to early, but they all would want us to roll on, and we will in their honor!

Damn... where's the "Like" button? Thanks, Matt!Sure would like to see the Chris Schneider 55 make the short tow for the loot! I know some negative things happened at PPMS over the years to him, but it's time to move on. I didn't punch him and I didn't bolt his carb on, (we did take action on the incident) I have reached out to him as I believe he is a good person and positive force for the Sportsman division. Heard S & S contributed to the race, thank you. We have added the Racing Ministry as part of the PPMS program as an outlet for all of us to deal with what life deals us.

If I get 30 cars I will go streaking down Kelso road to the Northstar!
Guess I'm routing for 29 now!
Will 20 get you running to the Northstar topless?
Vince has done a great job promoting this race regardless of how many cars ultimately attend, the more the merrier! He has removed just about all the obstacles you can to give every Sportsman type car a shot at the loot in his fathers honor.
