WOW. All i can say is you must not get out much, you call him funny,i see no humor in it at all.

Ask your husband to read some of it and explain it to you. That might help.

If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just suck.

I think we should start a fund for tires. I personally want to see this happen at the firecracker but if you need people to buy your tires for the firecracker. You probably shouldn't be going. Hell I spent that on booze.

It's not that hard to find a guy with used tires like geisler, johnson, miley, ect that run those tires every week. Heck for a few hundred bucks you can have enough for that weekend.

Finding a couple tires for lernerville has to be cheaper than driving 9 hours 1 way to Charlotte to race against the same cars ...

There's local welfare pigs around here that trade smode for junior bacon cheeseburgers , you could possibly get one of these " girls " on your team to trade smode for tires ... It's worth a shot !!

If they wanna put a grand on the line at PPMS I'd take that bet cause the the last time the 55 was there they were 3 laps down and about to go 4.

Yeah I didn't want to bring up that I was running like 15th and still lapping them every 8th lap, I offered ppms , lernerville , eldora and WVMS if none of those work I don't see what else I can do.

That was our first ever trip to PPMS and we sucked bad. The 69 sucks bad every time he races, go look at his results, too many people drinking the kool aid. It is hard to find a night when he isnt in the last 4 or 5 finishers. We will race him this season, probably more than once; I think we will do better at PPMS this season as well. This is at his regular track.

It's not drinking the kool- aid if I'm dialed in at Pittsburgh I can and will beat anyone there, and people realize that . Unfortunately coulda woulda shoulda doesn't show up in the results , nights I was fast and got punted show up as bad finishes , nights I got a flat tire show up as bad finishes , nights I pulled off show up as bad finishes , nights i was fast innthe heat and got a bad invert and got stuck behind someone show up as bad finishes ,if I really ran as bad as those results indicated I wouldn't even go. That's the good part about racing every week is a chance to change that ...

Finally, I agree with you on something; this is not exclusive to you, however, when you race in the top 5 eventually you are going to finsh in the top 5; this started with you taking a shot at a track you never visited nor have any knowledge of. I just asked why we, the Hummingbird cars would need to race in the top 5 at these events you are going to and why winning at our local venues does not count in your book, when your accomplishments are not remotely close to that. The difference is we have made our program competitive locally and we do venture out for a good butt whooping as well, but when racing against the field of cars we reace with; we are capable of winning. Then we take our competitive local car out and race against mostly the eastern/central cars or the norther tier cars, and get humbled a bit; but out of every one of those trips is a learning opportunity.

unfortunately, I eat more when things are going bad. Oh well cheeseburgers are a highlight of my racing night. I really enjoyed the burger at PPMS, it was good fresh and priced competitively to McDonalds.

oh boy, please stay away from mercers hotdogs! and the cheeseburgers at marion center used to be sawdust better bring mcdonalds big mac with you if ya go there!

I've been saying it for almost 10 years on here, and I'll say it again. The Central PA Steel Blocks/Limiteds are back gate division junk. I have never once seen a Hummingbird/Clearfield/Thunder Mountain late model go anywhere down here such as Lernerville or PPMS and run competitively. Meanwhile, when guys like Miley and Satterlee run up there, they blow the doors off the guys driving the 96 Bullitts.

Who wants an autograph?

I have a idea for this race actually two pretty good ideas . how about THE LEGEND bring his aluminum block late model to Marion center and also his steel block late model along with his exceptional building skills and the Fentons can bring all three of their cars and during intermission the LEGEND can replace all the seats and also the bathrooms .....OR the LEGEND can bring both of his cars up to A.m.P and run a king of the hill race for that thousand dollars and since there is no competition there he can win the thousand dollars bounty and the thousand dollar first prize . i would pay to see that, and what a way to kick off the first race of a new ownership .all we need is the o.k from these two teams ,i bet Jeff Taylor will be glad to let this happen.good luck but i think i hear a chicken clucking somewhere . :P

I have posted plenty of opportunitys for this to occur , my life doesn't revolve around some stupid pissing match on race stud, I will not be coming to any of the demo Derbys for any reason. FYI I do not have a steel block late model , I have a ppms spec engine that sits in my basement that I don't run.
